I received a loan offer from equitrust last week. They sent me a contract I faxed it back with my id an my bank info. They asked me for collateral as a down payment to be applied for 6 months. I sent them my bank account info to have the funds direct deposited into my account. I'm really scared can they take money from my account? I only gave permission to put money in. But now that I see they might possibly be fraudulent should I change my banking info? Has anyone actually received money from them? I see alot of people saying no. I need help. I don't know what they will use my information on.
Equitrust Financial Services- Help?equitrust is a respectable company but you may be a victim of phishing.call equitrust and make sure your acct is legit first.if not,it may be too late.call your bank as soon as possible to freeze your acct. so no money can be taken out.

How could you give out sensitive information. Cancel the thing. Send them a registered letter refuting the contract. Notify your bank immediately that no money it to be taken from any account.
You may have fallen for a really nice fraud. Why would you accept a loan just because it was offered. This is the height of folley. Take mmediate steps to cancel this thing before you find yourself in deep trouble. Likely you never read the entire contract either.
