I signed with Countrywide for a lone on my paid for home but ?
The key to financial power lies in your credit rating. If you plan to get a home loan, save money and get better credit starting now!
i have some concerns. first let me expalin that i own my home outright. My plan is to borrow money for the short term until I can sell this house. The reason I wanted the loan was to buy a home where better medical care is available. I have never signed for a loan in my life and feel I need to be walked through it. Why did Countrywide insist that I fax them the paperwork back within 72 hours? is that normal? I wasn't able to set up an appoimtment with a real-eatate atty. in that ammount of time. Should I be worried?
I signed with Countrywide for a lone on my paid for home but ?Hello! I think you are referring to an application for a loan - with documents like the good faith estimate and interest rate disclosure. These documents are typically not time sensitive unless you'd like to lock your rate right away.
They should definitely explain each document to you and give you as much time as you need with the application. It is your right to choose a loan and to think about it as much as you'd like. Tell them you need more time or find another lender who will take the time to make sure you are comfortable.
I signed with Countrywide for a lone on my paid for home but ?I'm not really good on legal stuff, so I must sheepishly admit that I have no idea.
I signed with Countrywide for a lone on my paid for home but ?You probably have a short time to get them all the paper work before your rate expires.
