I want to be able to print this in book form to hand out to the clients of my property investment company to reference for loan officers in their area.
is this legal without the consent of the business owners in my book?
Is it legal to publish a directory of Hard Money Lenders....?You shouldn't have any problem with this, but it should be pretty easy to get permission for listings. Who knows, you might even be able to sell listings or advertisements, and increase the distribution of your publication.
