I bought a truck last night, it was 0 down and im not sure if i got a loan from a bank from it, sounds dumb but yea, the only reason i got it in my name was for my uncle, but now im afraid he wont make the payments and its all going to hit me hard. Can i return it tomorrow? I actually did sign all the papers so its actually my vehicle.Is there anyway I can make them want to take it back like not getting insurance or not faxing them personal refrences?

Anyway it allows you to return a vehicle within 3 days if you change your mind, but there are stipulations as to how many miles it can have. I think it's like 100 miles per day.

Want to return truck!?Once you take delivery and you have signed the contract, it's your vehicle unless the dealership is unable to secure financing or if they grant you a return, the contract is the legal binding agreement between you and the dealer.
Also there is no state that offers a 3 day return policy or any type of cooling off period.
Want to return truck!?Contrary to the first answer there is absolutely NO cooling off period, under most circumstances you cannot take the car back.
But, if they gave you the truck without all the proper documentation to get it registered properly, that may be your way out.
