my question is this...i believe i have been a victim of cahier check fraud...i met a man online from the states...really nice seem to care talked with him for 7-8 months...i am having finanacial difficulty so feeling comfortable with him i asked him for a loan..by this time he had told me about his ,life and the tragedies he had in it and also told me he was working in africa rite now...he is apparently an engineer of some sort..well needless to say this man i trusted sent me 2 cashiers check with his name not on them at all...being stupid i went to a check cashing place to cash one of them and low and behold it is a forged document...i did not receive any funds from this check as i knew this place was going to authorize it so i would know if it was good or not...never in my wildest dreams did i think i would be charged out of this...now this man ...and yes i still talk to him cuz im trying to get info from him is playing stupid ..there is more to the story...help me ..legal advice
