You are forgetting something you hate this job so much that you can not be giving it 100% and your employer probably also sees it and this could very well lead to you being fired so leave on your terms and do it now.

My thought is either stick it out knowing that the future is brighter than the present....OR look for another job.... OR talk to the HR manager & let her know that this isn't for you & ask if you can transfer to something else even if it means sacrificing a promotion in the short run.
