I need some money to get home and well being overseas i cant get a damn loan anywhere...is there any way i can get some money? Anyone know where i can do applications strictly online? Thank you for help!

What are some ways to get money when i am overseas.....?Partly, it depends on what country you are in, and what area you will be.
If you are in a more developed area, a debit/credit card with ATM is the best way to go. It is very simple to get money out, in the local currency. The problem is some areas may not have ATMs, or in some Third World countries the communication system is bad and the ATMs are out of service for long stretches of time.
Other ways are through Western Union or other wire transfer services, although these often have expensive fees. A relative can initiate a bank to bank transfer.
If it is an emergency, and you are an AMEX card holder there is almost certainly an AMEX office near that can help you. If it is truly desperate you can contact the local US consulate (assuming you are from the US, if not than the consulate for your country) who may be able to help you with emergency fund transfers.
