I got a call at work from a lawyer that my employer will be contacted the next day that garnishment has been granted against me and that I will be served at work?
I said to him that they would have to take me to small claims court to get the garnishment?
The lawyer explained that the payday loan that I owe $598.00 with has documentation that I consent to garnishment if the loan is not re-payed?
When I contacted him to avoid this @ my work and work something out with him, he explained that he needed to contact the bailiff?(hope I spelled that right).
He puts me on hold and comesback and says ok?
Can some one please help me with my rights if I have any @ this point?
