I have 10k in payday loans and past debts. I cant pay my house and vehicles which are past due. I am useless to my family now. No one will give me a loan because of poor credit to get out of debt. All I get is scam loan programs offering to help just to steal my identity. What is the point anymore.

The last thing you need is another loan. Go to a dept consolidator. Sell a car, cancel your cable, and any other things you don't need. Most importantly, stop living beyond your means, if you can't afford it don't buy it. All that stuff you purchased with that 10k, sell it on Amazon. Take the money and pay back your loans.
You can get through this, you just have to try hard. We all have to go through hard times, it will pass, if you smarten up.

Do you have thoughts of not wanting to live anymore?Well, by now you should know what your first problem is... borrowing money. You must stop borrowing money. Vow to never borrow money again. If you can't pay cash for it... don't buy it!! (the exception is a house).
2nd you mentioned "vehicles"... as in more than one? Sell down in vehicles so that you only have ONE beater for a couple thousand dollars. Pay off your vehicle debt and use the money you were paying on vehicles to pay down your lowest debt first. Pay the minimum on all your other debts. Once your lowest debt is paid, move on to the next lowest debt... and so on.
