You should want to live for your family. Relax money isn't everything. You still have your family who loves you and your healthy right? Your family and kids need you for just more then money, they need you around to teach them and so much more. But to help you with your money this is what you need to do.

First sit down with all your bills and paycheck. Do a indepth budget with paying the minium on all your bills. Start carrying a piece of paper and tracking all your expenses even the .50-$1 items write them on the list. You will see you are wasting alot of money each month probably.

Next, figure out what you can get rid of. You need to sell one of the cars, move to a affordable apartment and by doing a budget you will know whats affordable. The little things really add up to things such as cable, internet, home phone, cell phone, eating out for lunch at work, morning coffee, car insurance on the 2nd car etc.. You will see by taking your lunch to work, making your coffee at home, and doing the little things it will save you alot of money.

Now, maybe you can still afford the house if you lose on of the cars and really watch you spending. The banks will work with you espically right now with all the foreclosures out htere they don't want there house back. So call them and see what kind of payment plan they can work with you on. I think just by living frugal, selling a car and if you have a extra room maybe rent it out you might be able to stay in your home. Now if you are just paying way to much for the house to being with then lose it and start over in a small apartment and get the rest of your debt taking care of then buy a home again.
