My ex has taken out payday loans in my name and I am unable to prove it was not me. Unfornuately they are being withdrawn every 2 weeks from checking account hurting me bad. I am now overdrawn $500 due to I was hospitalized umexpectedly for emergency surgery and when I was released I found out how bad my checking account was. I do not get paid until Friday but it looks like it will all go toward over drawn fees. I am now having checks returned to merchants because I was unware of my the withdraws. What can I do? I don't want my credit ruin so I feel I need to pay them off but I can't afford them right now due to my surgery and missing work for 2 weeks. Can anyone help me? Maybe know of a company who could loan my a loan to pay them in full to save money. I have semi-bad credit due to my divorce and I am a single mother trying to make the best of it. My ex has skipped town so I am unable to find him. Help!
