If you find any help plz let me know!!! I honestly thought I had stumbled across one of my own questions that I didn't remember posting!! Everything in your question seems to be about me and my husband.......all the way down to the lay off. Right now the economy is rough and the banks are requiring higher credit scores just to loan money. Try to stay away from the payday loans though. I know it's hard but I just keep telling myself that it HAS to get better. Good luck and as hard as it is...don't let it get you down.

I've been in your situation. I understand it is difficult.
Your credit rating is already horrible. (I had bad credit in the past. I'm not judging you, I'm just being honest.) Stop borrowing money immediately. Go and speak with a bankruptcy attorney and investigate filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. (I did this about nine months ago and all of my debts were discharged.) You do not have a choice. You are drowning in debt. Everyday your debt just keeps growing and growing. (Payday lenders are the worst. They charge an enormous amount for interest. These people are evil.) Let your attorney handle everything. Bankruptcy will give you a fresh start. I think this is your only option. (Certain debts cannot be discharged in bankruptcy, such as student loans, taxes, criminal fines and child support.)
