I am in a little bit of trouble with payday loans. They are horrible, and I wish I had never done this, but you cant change the past and now I need help. My credit is not so good, another mistake I wish I could take back, so I am not able to obtain any kind of conventional loan. Does anyone know of an individual person who gives loans? I truly advise everyone to not use payday loans. It is costing me 800.00 every two weeks, just to pay interest. If anyone can help me, please, I am drowning

Its things have gotten so horrible that you can not handle it and 800.00 every two weeks just for payday loans is far too much...than file bankruptcy. Its not the end of the world. Start all over again.

Because the interest rates on this things are almost impossible to deal with.

Additionally, if these stand long enough...they can become bigger problems like lawsuits to judgments from judgments to liens, garnishments, levys and attaching to any assets you may have.

Life is too short to sit there and worry about these things and be under so much stress.

After bankruptcy...start all over. Yes you will get credit again and will have a clean start. Its not as bad as people think it is.

Speak to the people who loaned you the money--rearrange the details if you can. It is advsieable to pay it off as you can without incurring any more debt--cut your spending--get a parttime job--anything would help--just don't borrow anymore from anywhere.
