Also bankruptcy laws have changed. Its not so much a walk in the park. plus paying off a debt will look good on a credit report unlike bankruptcy which stays on for 7 years.
I need financial help?some of these loan companies may be violating state laws by charging ridiculous and unreasonable interest rates in excess of 100% . check with your local govt and see if their is a limit on how much interest they can charge. unfortunately if your only able to pay the interest and no more that will never go away you ll be paying and throwing away your money to these lowlife companies that take advantage of people at their worst time...
