See if you can find a private loan shark (at this point the interest rate doesn't matter right now). Try to relax and strategically figure this out with a financial planner.

If youi're on the verge of being evicted, you had to see this coming. Eviction is a 3-4 month process depending on where you live. Why did you wait so long to address this? Bottom line it sounds as though you can's afford the place. Should have moved out long ago. The landlord is doing you a favor. You just don't see it. Here's some advice about the importance of bills which surprises me that more people don't know: (in order of importance)
Taxes (they put you in jail for not paying this, ask Wesley Snipes, good thing is for people like me and you they take it out of our paychecks)
Rent (what were you paying before this?)
Food
Utilities
Health Insurance
Soap and stuff
Train ticket or bus pass.
Things not so important:
Cell Phone
Movies
Dining out
Clothes
Cable TV
Internet hookup
