I Was Wrongfully Put Into Evictions By My New Apartment Manager...Me And My Wife Are Short $450 Dollars....We Have Exhausted All Options. you don't say where you live.....in nyc, the landlord has to get a judgement against you.............Probably you landlord has to also.................it usually takes a few months.especially if you have little kids...............judges do not like to throw children on the street
