if you got from a loan co.or any place else don't you think you need to pay it back you have no rights you need to pay the money back you might not go to jail but you will go to small clams court going to cost you more money well i take that back depends on how much money you got could be a felon then you will go to the big court,just pay the money back or it will cost you a lot more.
