Next I would get items like a MySpace account with your company name. Make up a page there to mimic your site (same colors, pics, etc). Then due the same thing on say YouTube, and even make up some short videos or if the companies have any, upload them. Allow the customer to see video over just pictures. Videos are easily made with Windows Movie Maker which is standard on all computers from Windows 2000 and up. Or pay some local college kid.
I would even create a blog for your site. As well as having your MySpace and YouTube links on your site for cross referrencing. You could even make your site from a blog. One way to keep costs down but allowing the owner to maintain the site with ease. Sites like MySpace, YouTube, Blogs are already designed to filter into the web and search engines. So this work is done for you. Even Yahoo Answers shows up in search engine results. So again I would answer questions pertaining to your biz using your biz name as a Yahoo ID. Even post your dot com in each answer.
Everything I mentioned takes no cash, only time. And the more you get the name out, the more chance you have of customers.
Also look into Googles business section. Look into putting Google ad's on your site to gain customers that way plus trying to make a few pennies on the side. List stuff in an Amazon.com store, on Ebay and any other site you can find. You might have to take less profit at first but thats part of advertising your name, to get it out there.
