I would also print up simple white business cards as a discount card or something. Place one in each package to pull the customer back to you, to your site to buy more. Something like, take 10% of your next order w/ this card, good for next 3 months or what not. Run specials at times, mix them up. Buy 3 bath soaps and get a free embroidered wash cloth or something. You can find something like wash cloths in bulk for say 20 cents each via the web. Then if you can sew or have a sewing machine, just set it on embroidery and stitch one letter or just your company name on them as gifts. Be a 50 cent gift that will make people say, wow. Maybe make up a basket special for each season. Birthday baskets, boss basket, etc, etc.
People say they like selection, choices, and to shop. But I have found out people prefer to be told what to buy. I use to ask customers when they would like to make an appointment and what services they want, most would say ummm ummmm. Now I just tell them when their appointment what services they need. It works so much better this way.
edit: looking at the site now, right off what I see is lack of pictures of products. as a buyer that tells me, small cheap company. and people buy on sight more than from reading. post images of the products all over.
edit 2: I would also put your dot com and a short sentence on your cars bumper or back window. Might as well advertise as you drive, you'd be surprised how well this can work. Also get nice business cards made up custom (kinko's) and pass them out when and where you can. You can even act like a customer instead of owner. Say like, " you are looking at that soap? you know, I buy my stuff from this one company, let me see if I have their card still (dig thru purse). Oh here it is, they are great. I get all my items from them and never had a problem. "
