I know i'm looking for a needle in a haystack or whatever analogy you want to use. I'm 27 working full-time with a good job but my problem is I have some extremely important bills coming due by the end of the month and i'm short on cash. I have nothing valuable to sell and no family members to hook me up. I know this is an impossible question but is there any LEGITIMATE places on the web to apply for a small loan for bad credit.......NO PAYDAY LOAN LINKS OR NO AFFILIATE LINKS please.

Im not expecting to get this done because my state interest rate is capped at 15%. If prosper dosent work are there any other LEGITIMATE websites to check out

Also state in the title that 15% is the state cap. You might check your description for grammar errors...there are a couple. Good Luck!
