Do not send anybody a loan payment via Western Union, which seems to be the normal request from debt collection services calling from that number. People who paid as ordered are being told their payment was not received and they still owe just as much.

A company can't file a case against a social security number, only an individual, partnership, or coporation. What makes me think this is a scam is the "pay quick" tone and hurried, desperate voice you get from people in this situation. Go back to the place where you got your loan to ask them if they've started collection proceedings. DON"T give this caller any of your personal information and DON'T confirm anything with them. If they are truly collecting a debt they should be able to produce a copy of the promissory note you signed. If they can't or won't I would report them to your State's Attorney's office.
