if you have a payday loan off of the internet from another state that is difficult to pay will they have a judgement put against me? what is the law in nc on wage garnishments. They want to debit my account but I wanted to send it by quick collect they said they do not take payments in any other form what do I do?

They can't refuse to take a payment. Money is money.

The only way they can garnish your wages is with a court order. Have they filed suit against you? That's usually a last resort and you should try to pay it by some other means like send them a money order.

I would NOT give them your bank information and let them debit your account. Personally, I would tell them I do not have a bank account but would send them a money order. You are better off if they don't even know where you bank if you can avoid telling them.

Additional note: I just looked up the law in NC and it doesn't look like they can garnish your wages period. NC department of labor website below. Read the second paragraph. That doesn't mean they still can't get a judgment against you. They can and they will and if they do, they can go after any assets, including your bank account so don't even tell them what bank you bank at. Send them a money order.
