His parents are trying to get a loan and since one of our credit card that we filed bankruptcy on is on it so they can't get it and the need it now. How do we go about to get it off quick.

It sounds like the parents were 'turned down' for a mortgage. Their lender/broker should have given the a 'denial letter' and a Consumer Credit Report with their Scores. If not, have Dad get these from the lender/broker.

There will be a report number on the report. Go online to each agency (Experian, Transunion, etc) which is provided in the report they recieve.

Then, Dad should dispute the item online. The Credit Reporting Agency has 30 days to respond to their dispute. More than likely Dad will see their error (not atypical with kids have Jr, Sr, III, etc in their name).
