My wife and I just recently acquired a piece property and a new home, however the property is located in another part of the state and we do not wish to move. Our main goal is to sell the property as quick as possible. We are strapped for cash and need to invest a small amount into the property to sell it rather quickly for what we know its worth. We don't have good credit and we need just a small amount - perhaps 1-2 thousand dollars. Could anyone recommend the route we should go to get a small personal loan seeing that we do have the house as collateral. Thank You.
Recently acquired property...advice needed?if you have a clear title any bank should give you a small loan against it for security!!!
Recently acquired property...advice needed?you acquired it... through purchase or was it entrusted to you?
I'd think its a good investment and you wouldnt have to move. Dont be sucked in by the money you'll get for it now. Rent it out!
Recently acquired property...advice needed?I would suggest contacting and investment purchaser in your area and do not do the improvements. Just sell for 75 cents on the dollar.
