Can you get a summary dissolution if you are still currently a student? I have over $5,000 in loans from Federal Perkins and I am not exactly "in debt" up until my 6 month grace period ends after I have graduated college. I am wondering if this would effect my eligibility for a summary dissolution of marriage (divorce, the quickest and easiest way).

If not...can anyone explain why it's okay to have car and vehicle loans and not be held accountable for being "in debt" versus being in school?
