My problem is this-I married a man that use to have a drug problem and he got back on drugs and is in the streets somewhere. I have a chance to refinance my home and cannot do so becuase he will not sign even though he is not responsible for the loan at all. Truth is that I was going to use some of the loan money to get my divorce. I own my home with my sister and owned it before I married him but still they say he has to sign. He doesn't believe that he will not owe anything - How can he legally stop me from getting my mortage? - I don't understand - So, therefore what is the quickest way to get my divorce. (Or is there a way to get the loan without him?)
