I am a middle age male adult that has lost 40 lbs since Jan 1 (I am now in great shape and well within my normal weight, maybe a little low) I have improved my cardio to ride a bike for 20 plus miles, jog 3 miles, lift weights etc.. 2 to 4 times a week.
Lately I have had strong PVC (diagnosed about 5 years ago, more scary than anything), shortness of breath and light headed (no pain other than the hollow feeling in the chest from the PVC) symptoms. Strong enough to slow me down at whatever I am doing. I have noticed they come on when my heart rate is below 50 (48-52 bpm), once the heart rate is back up to around 60, they disappear (all the symptoms). Any idea what is going on? Happens mostly at night, can wake me up from sleep, or in the morning. Healthy otherwise.
