How is it that your spouse can go into a bank where her best friend is the bank manager , give her two loans over a period of a year , your wife forges your signature and the bank manager signs her name that states she gave a face to face interveiw with us both present when I wasn't, ( avitavit from work )for a total of 98,000.00, and the wonderful state of PA. say they won't prosecute her because you and her are considered as one enity?

Forgery and fraud?Texas wont prosecute a spouse for forgery either (ur not alone) my ex-husband did the same thing it sucks there is nothing u can do. I even have hin on tape admitting that he did it but it didn't matter.
