i saw an advertisement of a nursing college at Bangalore and they mentioned they will help to get a study loan from any bank. By this expectation we have joined BSc- Nursing there by remitting some money and my original certificates and they told that is the last date and last moment for the admission. They ask us to put signature on lot of papers and we put signature on all papers without reading the terms and conditions in that paper because there is no time to read. They pushed ut ot sign the papers because that is the last moment. After joining there we returned to my native place and wandered for bank loan. No body gave me loan. There is no any suppot from college also. So, i cannot attend the class and discontinued my course. I asked my certificates back and they told me to remit the one year fees full amount(nearly 85000). I am not in a situation to remit that much of amount. What can i do? I need the original certificates return. Please advise a solution.
