my boyfriend's cousin does real estate in another state. she called saying she could get him a deal for several thousand and he would just have to flip a house after getting a loan. she lied to the loan officer and to him, and everytime he called her to ask questions she wouldnt answer the phone or she just said it was still good. he backed out when he found out she was lying but only after she wired him $2500 dollars for plane tickets to go to the closing. Nothing happened because the deal didnt go through. a month later, money was drawn out of his bank account making it overdrawn. we looked up the company it was coming from and it was cashcall. she had his information and got the 2500 loan in his name that has 99.25% interest and now they cant get it switched from his bank account to hers so she can pay it off. she signed for it with an electronic signature of his name. (forgery) so with no money to sue her and make her pay, what can we do, to maybe scare her into paying.

What can he do about this?

If the FBI gets involved, she's going to be paying an attorney.

Sounds like interstate financial fraud, forgery, grand theft, and identity theft.

Maybe threaten to make a call. Or file a lawsuit.
