A blonde walks into a bank in Johannesburg and asks for the loans dept. She's going to Europe on business and needs to borrow R10,000. The bank officer says the bank will need security for the loan, so the blonde hands over the keys to a new Rolls Royce. The car is parked outside, and she has all its documents. The bank agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan. The bank manager and staff all enjoy a laugh at the blonde for using a R500,000 Rolls as collateral against a R10,000 loan. An employee then proceeds to drive the Rolls into the bank's garage and parks it there. Two weeks later, the blonde returns, repays the R10,000 and the R141.66 interest. The bank manager says, "Miss, we are very happy to have had business with you, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked and found that you are a multi millionare. Why borrow such a small amount of money? "Where else can I park my car for only R144.66 and and still expect it to be there when I return?"
