Many Indians get jobs with companies ranging from Microsoft, IBM to Deloitte by lying on their resumes. They have no experience, no college degrees and people who have studied in the U.S. have to pay students loans etc. but they are unable to find jobs. These Indians come with no experience, get contracts and start making $60-110 an hour. How fair is this? How can the Govt. stop this? These people then send money back to India and the Indian economy is now booming. Thousands of small Indian own businesses have come up all over the U.S. who encourage this practice as the owners sponsor the visas and make $20-30 dollars an hour. Once they are in the country, after 5-6 years they are permanent residents and citizens. I feel this is very unfair to everyone else who have college degrees but no experience and are unable to find job as the market is saturated with fake resumers.
Indians are lying on their resumes about 5-6 years of experience when they have none. How can we stop this?Ask the companies that are doing the hiring. How are they verifying the information on the resumes? Are they verifying information? There is more to it. The companies have to know what is going on, they wouldn't be who they are if they didn't. Look even further, look at American jobs that are being outsourced to India, call centers, medical transcibing, and many more.
Can the government stop it? Government and companies are bedfellas.
