A Loan? The last thing you need is more debt!
I am 40 and have never had a credit card or a car note. I own my own home and car and have Zero debt. Never had, never will. I worked full time during the day and went to school at night and paid for my own education. Took longer, but it gave me responsibility and pride of ownership.
You need to cut up the credit cards, ditch the cell phone, take back the car you can't afford.
Save up money while riding public transit to 2 (or even 3) jobs and then buy a used car for cash. Pay off the credit cards with the money you were spending on a cell phone bill. Don't put anything else on a credit card...if you want something, save up money until you can really afford it.
You are young enough to fix this error that you have created in only 1 year or so of adult life. Once you pay off these mistakes, do it right the second time and you can live a long, happy Debt Free life.
