Can I please have some advice? Here's my situation. I went to this school in NY for the fall of last year and I owe about $7,000.

My cosigner for the loan I was going to get, basically lied to me and told me she sent in the papers for the loan even though she didn't and forgot to tell me that she didn't want to help me anymore (Lucky me).

Long story short, I left the school and now am in debt. I cannot receive credit for the classes I took unless I pay off all of the money. I really need those credits because I have sent in an application for next fall to another school and need a transcript to send them.

I was wondering if I could get a loan either from the bank or a student loan to pay off the debt and how I could get one since I can't depend on my parent's horrible credit and I don't have any of my own.

Talk to the school and work out a payment plan. There is no loan for what you are describing. You can only take a personal loan, but without credit and a job or collateral, you will be out of luck. You will probably have to work one year before attending school, again. That's life.

Whatever you do, go to a real school and study a real major.
