If I am denied a stafford loan...what are my other options for student loans? Personal bank loan? or what?

I am not sure what state you are in but, you can't be denied a stafford loan. Even I got one. What you do is apply for financial aid, once they deny you, you apply for a stafford loan. I go through Citi bank. You can't get denied. If for some odd reason I have never heard of, you can apply at anybank. Note that stafford loans are not credit based.

Why are you denied a stafford loan? Almost everyone is approved for a stafford loan unless they are not a citizen or eligible non citizen, defaulted on a previous student loan, owe the government for past grant funds or are male and did not register for selective service. If you are denied for any of those reasons you would have to look for personal loans either private educational loans or signature loans from banks which if you can not get a stafford loan I doubt you would qualify for.
