Student loans company: letter?

i have applied for financial support for this year and have been accepted a loan of 拢4,000.

this morning i received a letter from the loans company and the problem is with the expected payment date. one payment schedule date is backed dated, which is: 01/08/2007, 02/01/2008 and 28/03/2008.

i have also checked my bank balance and no funds have been received.

can someone tell me how i should write a letter to the loans company requesting the actual dates for the payments to come through?

any ideas how to write the letter? please help

Phone them instead from your college as they will let u do this or should do because my one lets u make phone calls to the student loan company

Don't write to them, they take ages to reply. Call them and get it cleared up straight away. Make sure that the problem is sorted to your satisfaction. I had a lot of problems with the student loan company and am so relieved that I have now paid them off!
