My husbands last paycheck was garnished because the student loan place claimed he owed money. They called him and let him know it was current now and up to date (After taking over 550.00)
This time around payroll has stated that his paycheck is on hold???
Why is this. Are these a$$holes going to try and take it again or is it something to do with his company. He is still currently emplyed there
We recently moved. I have no idea if this would cause a problem

If his loan is not a Gov. loan
The problem is with the loan co.taking out too much money
Check his pay stubs make a list of what was taken out and when make copies send certified to loan company and his place of employment as long as the right amounts have been taken out. That is your back up your proof they took out the pymt. it is up to his employer to prove where the funds went.
