Last month I visited a strip club and left my card behind the bar to pay for charges.
Next morning i have $6300 worth of charges on it!! I was only there myself for 2hrs- unforutnatly i was totally wasted and cant rememer the night or what i have signed for :(
As a result, my citi credit card which has a limit of $3500 currently is $4800 over the limit! HELP!!!!!
I cant get unsecured loans as my credit history is too short. I have already disputed the charges, but if i did sign the reciepts and hence liable what is my best solution. I have no other debts...

If you say the charge is fradulant, than under law they have to investigate and prove that you made the charges. If thier only proof is a signature, than they have to remove the charges.
You can bring them to court and you may win

Unathorized Credit Card Charges?If the club can't come up with the receipts you might be able to sue them in small calims court for the charges (assuming your credit card company won't first remove the disputed charges).
Of course you can always do what this guy did sue the club for unjust enrichment for selling you more services after you became knowingly and obviously intoxicated.
